I like very supportive bras for high-intensity cardio such as running, spinning and jumping rope. The Maia Bra by Moving Comfort not only fits well and gives great support (it has an underwire), but it also looks nice beneath T-shirts and is made from a very soft material. It hooks in the back, making it easy to get on and off, and unlike other sports bras, it gives so much support that I don’t need to wear another sports bra on top.
